Be stylish, be smart then be attractive. Eat food that will make you look more prettier. Food like banana, eggs and fish maybe help you look attractive.
Stylish women don't just eat, but they plan their meal each and every day before eating. They even have something like a timetable that guide them of what to eat. For instance, they won't eat meat today and the following day.
As a reader you are also addicted to eat your meal according to plan. Specifically, eat your breakfast 30min after waking up, then others will follow.
