 Let your health be your goal. Before going any further, if you feel self-conscious in your body, its high time to change your perspective. On the journey to gain or loose weight, your focus should be on health instead of change of weight.

Once you have developed a focus on your internal workings, now it's time to focus on your outer bodybody and stay true yo who you are.

Eating well,or maybe let me say, eating a balanced diet can increase or decrease your weight according to meals and activities done daily.
